We want you to be completely happy with your Moryarty poster. If you change your mind or there is an issue with your order, the policy below explains your options.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, contact us at shop@moryarty.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your decision to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form available on request.

Conditions:

• The poster must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and undamaged.
• It must be returned in its original protective packaging (tube or flat mailer).
• You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

How to return your order

You have two options:

1. Return in person at one of our shops — free of charge

You can bring your order to any of our physical shops in Barcelona or Lisbon and return it free of charge. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase, and contact us first at shop@moryarty.com so we can register your return in advance.

2. Return by mail

Contact us at shop@moryarty.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the returned poster shows signs of handling, damage, or diminished value beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly, as permitted under Article 108 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your poster arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at shop@moryarty.com within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the item and the packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs (or you can return it free in any of our shops) and offer a full refund, free replacement, or partial refund — at your choice.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return outside of the EU 14-day right of withdrawal:

• Custom orders or personalized items (custom sizes, custom framing, special requests)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order separately. If you are returning in store, our staff can help you choose a replacement at the same time.
